Week 1 - Review

Hello! My name is Chance and I am a Information Technology and Informatics major.  The Heuristic Evaluation was used to assess the usability of websites and identify errors that might be fixed.  Utilizing usability testing, the design and development team may assess the product or service and uncover any defects or challenges.  I performed a evaluation on Youtube.com.  Every day, I use this website to do anything from watch YouTube TV during football season to looking tutorials for DIY.  I discovered a few little errors that I believed should be corrected as they will make the user's life more easier and more efficient.  I gained a lot from our reading assignments and in-class conversations during this great first week.
